Anyway, last night's dinner
Grilled Chicken (no recipe), roasted broccoli (no recipe) and potato salad. The potato salad is another in a long line of my efforts to recreate Rob's mom's potato salad; I have been trying for almost six years now and still no luck...But the salad was good.
Anyway, short post today because I slept in...

My sister sent me a recipe for a basil potato salad that I'm going to try soon -- maybe this weekend. Now that my basil is getting big enough.

we are having rotisserie chicken tomorrow night (oh how do I love my weber gas grill) and i think i'll make your potato salad with it. it sounds really yummie

Great to see you're doing what you love. Juanita and I will TRY to get away to the island again this August and we would love to drop by and get fed :-) YUM. Or WTH, maybe we'll cook for you guys....nah...you cook we'll praise.
