This was a wonderful meal, light, full of spring flavours. the recipe is Jamie Oliver, courtesy of my Food & Wine Best of the Best Cookbook (thank you Julian). I will type it up when I feel like devoting 1/2 an hour to transcribing (not the world's best typist).

Yum. I wish DH would eat salmon. I can only eat it when we eat out. Yours looks great.
